Knowing and understanding the history of the development of professional concepts and practices in concrete fields of social work (group work). Knowledge and skills for the use of expert methods (of group work) and procedures in a particular field of social work. The knowledge and ability to conduct a conversation (making acquaintances, negotiating, making agreements), leading the conversation towards desired outcomes in a particular field of social work (through group work).
The ability to co-create approaches and methods of (group) work in accordance with users' individual needs. The ability to co-create original projects of support and help in dialogue with users and other participants in a specific field of social work through group work. The ability to undertake research into and reflect on the participating social worker's personal involvement in social work procedures. Skills of recognising and managing one's own feelings and the ability to look for help by oneself.
