International cooperation
The Faculty cooperates with many foreign higher education institutions and other organisations. It is integrated in many European programmes that promote inter-university education and research.
Since 2005, the Faculty has been engaged in establishing social work study at the University of Colombo.
On the basis of its extensive international links, the Faculty has created and coordinates International Doctoral Studies in Social Work (INDOSOW), which is accredited at four European universities.
