| contact hours: Every Tuesday between 11:30 and 12:30 by prior arrangement. activity: Anamarija Kejžar worked for 25 years in practice on different areas of social work and management: as social worker in primary school for 14 years and 11 years in management positions - as headteacher, assistant director and director of the home for the elderly. Anamarija Kejžar has been in practice for 25 years in various fields of social work and management: as a counselor in elementary school (14 years) and for 11 years in managerial positions - director of a high school, deputy director of an educational institution and director of a retirement home. Since 2019, she has been working at the Faculty of Social Work as an assistant professor and researcher at the Chair of Long-Term Care, teaching and researching in the fields of long-term care, dementia, development of social innovations and knowledge management in the non-profit sector. She also collaborates with the Faculty of Economics and the Faculty of Medicine at UL on projects and research work. Her research focuses mainly on long-term care - user perspective, social care, social innovation and knowledge management; dementia (care and maintenance of the quality of life of people with dementia and their relatives) and palliative care.During her work she developed a number of innovative approaches and projects. She is employed at FSD since 2019 as an assistant at the Chair for Long-term care. bibliography:
